said that an hour's flight time from Los Angeles to London (and by deduction
from London to Hong Kong) was "not completely out of the question," although
it would probably take many years before his company could offer such a
service. I love to go places, but I find the whole process of traveling by
air so tedious and degrading that I just want to get it over with. It is no
