Michelin stars in the sky: Cathay Pacific's new menu

with Swire Hotels' top restaurants to bring a special inflight menu to their
first and business class passengers.It's the latest in the global airline
industry's attempts to achieve the impossible: decent airplane food. Even
Heston Blumenthal gave it a try as part of his "Mission Impossible"
series.From November 1, 2011 to January 2012, several dishes from the menus
of Swire Hotels in Hong Kong and Beijing will be available aboard selected
